To end our wee ball summer fun Braden's coach, Coach Chris, invited both of his teams (wee ball and tee ball) to a cookout / game at Fountain City Park last night. Everyone had a blast!! Everyone was asked to bring something to share, so I made a big cookie cake for everyone to enjoy along with their hot dogs, cookies, mac - n - cheese, and snow cones. (YUMMY!)
After dinner the parents and kids split up and played 2 games against each other. Travis and Braden were on a team for the wee ball game. Travis' friend Patrick (who works at Scripps with him) was on the other wee ball team with his daughter Audrey. Travis hit the ball right to Patrick, which Patrick then caught and got Travis out!
